Correct product declaration
Product information on packaging is under the control of an expert technician, that ensures it is consistent with the Italian regulations Decreto Legislativo 109/1992 and further amendments thereto Decreto Legislativo 114/2006.

Unconditional risk avoiding: a fundamental task
A fundamental commitment of the Uniontrade Srl quality program is to thoroughly foresee and unconditionally avoid all kind of risks. For this purpose all possible dangers are analysed and evaluated, then put a limit to by specific measures. Among most well-known dangers we can find pathogenic germs, traces of forbidden elements and mistakes in product labelling.

One's self-control system is the essential
In order to identify possible risks, Uniontrade Srl decided to fully adopt the international self-control system HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Critical control points are identified, as well as specific measures to be adopted, in order introduction of faulty products in the market is prevented.Obligation to self-control is a fundamental rule for producers and sellers all over the world. Transport and storage
Transport and storage conditions can deeply affect food products quality and safety. For instance, when perishable goods are at stake it is very important the cold chain is never interrupted. For this purpose, strict instructions concerning suitable temperature have been established. Observance of these regulations is secured by the implementation of temperature devices and regular checks.
