From: Since 1956 KIKKO Siyau is a Light Soya bean sauce naturally fermented in brine during six months or more. It is dark-colored due to its contents of cane sugar caramel with no additives and standard glucose caramel. The ingredients are specially mixed in such an accurate proportion that allows to take advantage of the special color of the cane sugar caramel along with the mild flavour of glucose caramel in order to give a unique and particular colour to the meals.
