Con la collaborazione di JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), abbiamo visitato a Tokyo FOODEX JAPAN 2012, la maggiore esposizione in Asia di prodotti alimentari e bevande.

E’ stata l’occasione per incontrare molte aziende e scoprire tanti nuovi prodotti Giapponesi autentici da importare in Italia.

A breve quindi, molte novità in arrivo dal Giappone!

Per il secondo anno consecutivo, siamo stati presenti ad ETHNIC FOODS EUROPE, la fiera dedicata al cibo etnico che si è svolta a Bruxelles dal 27 al 29 marzo.

Grande curiosità ed interesse ha suscitato l’ampiezza della nostra gamma di prodotti provenienti dal tutto il mondo.

Con questa presenza Uniontrade consolida la propria posizione di leader del mercato alimentare etnico in Italia e si colloca con sempre maggiore decisione tra i principali protagonisti del mercato europeo.

3rd October, 2011 - Contribution of Peru and Latin Americ all'Etnogastronomia

Uniontrade has sponsored and participated in the conference in Rome organized by the Peruvian food Latinas Semillas, an association that seeks to promote the products and the cuisine of Latin America in Italy. The event was held with the support of the University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome setting up a scientific study on the effectiveness of sensory characteristics of products from Peru.
